How to Measure Your Own
1. Chest
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape comfortably under your arms and across your shoulder blades.
2. Arm
To measure sleeve length, start from the top of your shoulder (near the neck) and measure down to the wrist bone.
3. Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, keeping the tape comfortably snug but not tight.
4. Body Length
Measure from the shoulder seam (near the neck) down the back to the bottom, typically around the hips or waist.
5. Shoulder Width
Measure across the back from one shoulder seam to the other, just across the top of your shoulder blades. This will give you the shoulder width for a better fit.
6. Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, typically just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug but not tight for an accurate measurement.
7. Hip
Measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape parallel to the ground. Ensure the tape is snug but comfortable.
8. Thigh
Measure around the widest part of your thigh while standing with your feet slightly apart. Keep the tape comfortably snug for an accurate fit.
9. Inseam
Measure from the crotch seam to the desired length of your pants along the inner leg. Use a pair of pants that fit well for reference.
10. Outseam
Measure from the top of your waistband to the bottom of your pant leg, along the outer side of your leg. This will give you the overall length of your pants.
