The prices, as stated at the time of order, apply to the purchase, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise, or if the circumstances clearly dictate otherwise.
All prices are presented in local currency.
If the price of a product, or information about a product, was presented incorrectly on the Website and you realised, or should have realised that the product was shown with an incorrect price, the price or information will not apply to the purchase. If you have ordered a product which had the wrong price we will inform you of this.

5. Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other forms of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

5.1 Order Cancellation

If you want to cancel your order, you need to inform us of your decision to cancel it. Please follow our cancellation procedure below:

A. CANCELING AN UNSHIPPED ORDER

If your order has not been shipped, please contact us via service@chillcarve.com with the canceling reason attached. We will reply to you within 24 hours. Then we will issue a full refund once the order is canceled successfully.

B. CANCELING AN ORDER IN TRANSIT

If your order has been shipped, and you still want to cancel it, please contact us at service@chillcarve.com. 

  • Please note that this process will incur a return shipping fee of $19.98 AUD for both the outbound and return shipping in Australia.
  • A return shipping fee of $19.98 USD for both the outbound and return shipping in the Contiguous United States.
  • A return shipping fee of $19.98 CAD for both the outbound and return shipping in Canada.
  • A return shipping fee of ¥4,000 JPY for both the outbound and return shipping in Japan.
  • A return shipping fee of 30,000 KRW for both the outbound and return shipping in South Koera.

8. Shipping Policy

For Australia

  • Enjoy free shipping on orders over $169.99 AUD.
  • A shipping fee of $9.99 AUD will apply to orders below $169.99 AUD.
  • No duty is required.

For the Contiguous United States

  • Enjoy free shipping on orders over $99.99 USD.
  • A shipping fee of $9.99 USD will apply to orders below $99.99 USD.
  • No duty is required.

For Canada

  • Enjoy free shipping on orders over $169.99 CAD.
  • A shipping fee of $9.99 CAD will apply to orders below $169.99 CAD.
  • No duty is required.

For Japan

  • Enjoy free shipping on orders over ¥18,000 JPY.
  • A shipping fee of ¥1,999 JPY will apply to orders below ¥18,000 JPY.

For South Koera

  • Enjoy free shipping on orders over ₩150,000 KRW.

8.1 Shipping Address Modification

Because we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, we cannot change the shipping address or other details on your order after 24 hours since ordering. You are welcome to return the item to us in accordance with our Return Policy.

9. Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your ChillCarve purchase, and we strive to provide expert guidance to help you choose the best possible products for your needs. We also understand that sometimes a product just doesn’t quite fit. That is why we make returns easy.

Please send us an email with your return request along with the order number included. Also, please let us know the reason for your return.

9.1 GENERAL INFORMATION FOR ALL RETURNS

  1. All items must be returned in their original factory packaging and in unused condition with all tags attached.
  2. Returns are processed and credited within 10 days of receipt.
  3. Returned items are subject to inspection prior to issuing a refund.

9.2 30-DAY Return POLICY

You are eligible to return any item within 30 days of receipt with the 30-Day Return Policy that applies to the continental Australia, the Contiguous United States and Canada. Items MUST be returned in their original packaging, unused condition with all tags attached in order to qualify for a product refund.

*IMPORTANT Note: 

  • Bulk orders of 5 or more clothing items are excluded from no-reason returns and exchanges for those items.
  • For returns of orders containing 3-4 garments, a flat 10% order value fee will be charged to cover return shipping & processing costs.
  • Clearance products are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

9.2.1 Who will be charged the return shipping fees?

A. ChillCarve will cover the return shipping fees if:

  1. Your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship.
  2. Your item has been damaged in transit.
  3. You received the wrong item.

We may ask for photographic or video evidence for our records.

B. Customers need to cover the return shipping fees if:

  1. You don't like the item after receipt of it.
  2. You no longer need the item after receipt of it.
  3. Your order was misplaced due to incorrect information provided by the customer(e.g. Incorrect address, product size, color, and style).

9.2.2 How much is the return shipping fee

If your situation is suitable for situation B, you are responsible for $19.98 AUD in Australia, which includes the Return Label / actual express delivery fee/storage fee /destruction fee. The fee will be deducted from your refund.

For the Contiguous United States and Canada, the return shipping fee will be $19.98 USD/CAD

For Japan, a return shipping fee of ¥4,000 JPY for both the outbound and return shipping will be applied.

For South Koera, a return shipping fee of 30,000 KRW for both the outbound and return shipping will be applied.

10. Complaints

If you have any complaints or questions regarding your order, please don’t hesitate to contact our Team. You have the right to seek assistance from alternative dispute resolution (ADR) entities in your country or region. In case of a dispute, we will adhere to the recommendations of the relevant ADR organization.

Once we receive your product and determine that the complaint is reasonable and admissible, we will replace the product in accordance with applicable law. This means we will either fix the defect or send you a new product. If neither option works, we will refund your purchase price. Please note that we reserve the right to reject a claim if the product is found not to be defective under applicable law.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

As a company based in Hong Kong (Our brand ChillCarve is owned and operated by: ChillCarve Limited. Registered Address: RM A8, UNIT A, 5/F TAK WING IND BLDG 3 TSUN WEN RD TUEN MUN HONG KONG. Email: service@chillcarve.com ), both Hong Kong law and the regulations of your local jurisdiction apply to our Terms & Conditions. However, you retain the right to exercise your consumer protection rights under the laws of your country. We fully comply with the binding consumer protection laws of your country or region. Our intent is not to exclude or limit these rights in any way.

We reserve the right to transfer any of our rights and obligations under this agreement to a third party without your prior consent. Additionally, we have the right to assign or transfer claims to a third party without your prior consent. You may not transfer or assign any rights or obligations under this agreement without our prior written consent.

12. User-Generated Content

ChillCarve users may post, upload, and/or contribute (“post”) content to the Products(which may include, for example, pictures, text, messages, information, and/or other types of content) (“User Content”). For the avoidance of doubt, “User Content” includes any such content posted to the ChillCarve Blog as well as any other part of the ChillCarve Service.

You promise that, with respect to any User Content you post on ChillCarve, (1) you have the right to post such User Content, and (2) such User Content, or its use by ChillCarve as contemplated by the Agreements, does not violate the Agreements, applicable law, or intellectual property (including without limitation copyright), publicity, personality, or other rights of others or imply any affiliation with or endorsement of you or your User Content by ChillCarve or any artist, band, label, entity or individual without express written consent from such individual or entity.

ChillCarve may, but has no obligation to, monitor, review, or edit User Content. In all cases, ChillCarve reserves the right to remove or disable access to any User Content for any or no reason, including but not limited to, User Content that, in ChillCarve’s sole discretion, violates the Agreements. ChillCarve may take these actions without prior notification to you or any third party. Removal or disabling of access to User Content shall be at our sole discretion, and we do not promise to remove or disable access to any specific User Content.

You are solely responsible for all User Content that you post. ChillCarve is not responsible for User Content nor does it endorse any opinion contained in any User Content. YOU AGREE THAT IF ANYONE BRINGS A CLAIM AGAINST CHILLCARVE RELATED TO USER CONTENT THAT YOU POST, THEN, TO THE EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER LOCAL LAW, YOU WILL INDEMNIFY AND HOLD CHILLCARVE HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND EXPENSES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEY FEES AND COSTS) ARISING OUT OF SUCH CLAIM.
